Back to my college, we learned 7 rights in serving medication. But here, they have 10 rights.
And now there are 3 rights to be added.

2) Right medication
3) Right time
4) Right dosage
5) Right route
6) Right assessment
7) Right education
8) Right patient to refuse
9) Right evaluation
10) Right documentation
